1. Services Overview
The National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) provides specialized automotive recruiting, training, and consulting services to dealerships and related automotive businesses. All services are subscription-based unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate written contract.

2. Subscription Billing & Payments
All NATA services operate on a recurring monthly subscription model to ensure continuous service delivery.

  • Billing is processed automatically on a monthly basis from the date of signup.

  • By subscribing to any NATA plan, you authorize recurring charges to your provided payment method.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has been processed.

  • Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Out Clause)
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time subject to the following conditions:

  • 30-day written notice is required for all cancellations.

  • Notice must be submitted formally via email to our support team.

  • Cancellation is only considered valid once you receive a confirmation reply from NATA.

  • Services will continue, and regular billing will apply, during the 30-day notice period.

4. No Guarantee of Results
NATA provides recruiting and training services based on industry expertise and proven best practices. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific hiring results, candidate placement numbers, or individual performance outcomes.

  • All final hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the client dealership.

  • External factors such as market conditions, candidate availability, and client responsiveness may impact the speed and success of results.

5. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and detailed job descriptions and requirements.

  • Respond to qualified candidates and NATA communications in a timely manner.

  • Conduct all interviews and final hiring decisions independently and professionally.

  • Maintain full compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws.

6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, internal systems, recruitment processes, and digital content provided by NATA remain the exclusive intellectual property of NATA. These materials may not be copied, distributed, recorded, or resold without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability
NATA shall not be held liable for:

  • Hiring decisions made by the client or the conduct of hired candidates.

  • Employee performance, future termination, or any workplace misconduct.

  • Any loss of revenue, anticipated profits, or business opportunities.

  • Services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications
NATA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use of NATA services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
