1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking, purchasing, subscribing to, or otherwise using services provided by National Automotive Training Academy (“NATA”), the dealership, company, and/or authorized representative expressly agrees to all Terms and Conditions of service. All services are provided on a recurring month-to-month basis with no fixed end date and are assumed to continue for a minimum intended twelve (12) month business relationship unless canceled in writing.
2. Candidate Exclusivity & Multi-Location Policy (Anti-Sharing)
All applicants, candidates, resumes, interviews, leads, or personnel provided by NATA are intended solely for the specific dealership/location enrolled in NATA services. They may not be forwarded, transferred, shared, interviewed, hired, or utilized by any additional dealership, rooftop, affiliated company, related entity, sister store, or alternate location not separately enrolled in NATA services.
Penalty: Any use, referral, transfer, interview, or hiring of a NATA-provided applicant by another non-enrolled location shall automatically constitute enrollment of that additional location into NATA services under the same pricing structure, billing terms, and conditions as the original subscribing dealership.
3. Subscription Billing & Payments
All NATA services operate on a recurring monthly subscription model.
The dealership authorizes NATA to charge the credit card or payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis for all subscribed services and any additional enrolled locations.
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has been processed.
By proceeding with purchase, enrollment, payment, or use of services, the dealership acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to all stated billing authorizations and recurring payment terms.
4. Cancellation & Pause Policy (30-Day Out Clause)
While NATA does not require long-term contracts, clients must adhere to the following cancellation and pause rules:
Cancellations: All cancellations require a mandatory thirty (30) day written notice via email. The dealership agrees that one additional full monthly billing cycle shall be charged following notice of cancellation regardless of campaign status or usage.
Pausing Services: Dealerships may pause services without canceling for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days. After 90 days, billing and services shall automatically resume unless otherwise agreed to in writing by NATA.
5. No Guarantee of Results
NATA provides recruiting and training services based on industry expertise. However:
We do not guarantee specific hiring results or individual performance outcomes.
All final hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the client dealership.
6. Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best results, clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions, respond to candidates in a timely manner, conduct all interviews independently, and maintain full compliance with all employment laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, systems, recruitment processes, and digital content provided by NATA remain the exclusive intellectual property of NATA and may not be copied or resold without express written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
NATA shall not be held liable for hiring decisions made by the client, employee performance, future termination, or any loss of revenue or business opportunities.
